Danielle is a passionate business engineer dedicated to transforming underperforming entities into high-performance revenue engines. With over two decades of experience across 13 industries, she specializes in turnaround and business enablement work, effectively bridging the gap between productivity and earnings.
Through innovative incentive planning, expertly-crafted systems, and strategic process improvements, Danielle has unlocked billions in potential for her clients, recovering revenue and reducing costs without sacrificing quality.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology, along with two master’s degrees—one in Legal Studies focused on Business Law and Conflict Mediation, and another in Business Administration with a focus on Business Analytics. She is a certified mediator and negotiator, which brings a unique perspective to her work.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Danielle enjoys the outdoors with her family, supports her son’s freeze-dried candy business, and is currently writing her first book. As an international speaker, she is excited to share her insights and experiences with audiences worldwide.

Stephanie Georgakopoulos has been in the Financial Services industry for over a decade. She started her first company, Financially EmpowHERed in 2018. Then, in the spring of 2023 she released her first book, Becoming Financially EmpowHERed.
In 2025 she co-founded her second company, Suite Solutions, which specializes in cultivating exit strategies for businesses so that they sell at top dollar. We do this by helping them increase profits and cash flow, optimize business operations and systems while reducing income tax liability.
Stephanie received her bachelor’s degree in International Business from the University of Indianapolis and her master’s degree in Finance from Strayer University. When not working, Stephanie enjoys spoiling her fur baby, a Pomeranian named ATLAS; volunteering with Families for fitness; binge watching Netflix; and learning Italian (She already speaks English, Greek, and Spanish).
